Forest therapy is very calming and rejuvenating. It offers a doorway to stillness, a connection with time and space that every living being occupies,
and an experience to nourish a reciprocal relationship with nature.

Immersing in a Guided Forest Therapy Walk is a 2-3 hour experience, and is welcoming for all levels of mobility. It is an opportunity to connect with nature, oneself, and to remind ourselves of our place in the inter-web of being.
Participation in what I offer is optional, there are no expectations or goals. The space will open for what you need. Come dressed for all weathers and bring a water bottle.
I am trained and certified through The Forest Therapy School, am trauma informed, and safe trail-oriented.
