Immersing in a Guided Forest Therapy Walk is a 2-3 hour experience, and is welcoming for all levels of mobility. It is an opportunity to connect with nature, oneself, and to remind ourselves of our place in the inter-web of being. I am trained and certified through The Forest Therapy School, am trauma informed, and safe trail-oriented.
