Let’s all TOUCH MORE GRASS please!!!

I am a Certified Art and Forest Therapy Guide, with more than 40 years of devotion to mind, body, and spirit wellness.

My passion is noticing where “all-natural” and “un-natural” elements show up in daily life, and how these choices ripple through us and the world around us. Every pause, every choice, every observation becomes part of the larger symbiotic exchange we share with nature. This awareness reminds me that we are not separate from the natural world, we are nature.

When we honor that truth with a symbiotic mindset, we find our way back to ourselves. To me, noticing my “awareness”, and making time to unfold with nature, feels like peace.

🌿 The Transformative Power of Natural Living

There is a quiet strength that comes from choosing 100% natural products and immersing yourself in the practice of Forest Therapy (what many call forest bathing.) Together, these choices create a path back to ease, both in body and in mind.

My focus is simple: to live with physical and mental lightness. Each day, I seek out the healthiest products, the most nourishing foods, and the practices that draw me closer to Mother Earth. When we align ourselves with what is pure and natural, we strengthen our connection to the world that sustains us.

My life goal is not complicated, but it is deeply meaningful: to thrive well into my 90s, still walking alongside my grandchildren, breathing deeply, and savoring the beauty of life.

To keep me on track, I created an acronym WHOMBS ( Whole Health Optimal Mind Body Soul ).

WHOMBS reminds me of all our children growing in our wombs. When pregnant, we’re meticulous with what we eat, drink, listen to, read, sleep, and purchase for our home… so WHOMBS turned into my acronym to re-set my MINDSET when it strays.

This mindset. helps me make decisions with clarity. This blog is a gift I give myself, to observe, remember and share natural products, mindful practices, and concepts for whole-self wellness.
